- What is your physical address?
As we only operate online, we do not have a public shopfront and so we do not have a physical address for our shop. Our Warehouse is located on in Oakleigh South, Victoria. For pickup , please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- When will I get my Order shipped?
Most Packages are dispatched next working day. For out of stock or unavailable products, you will be notified about the backorder / unavailable items via email. Shipping to most capital city areas (Metro areas) in about 5-7 business days, and regional areas within 7- 10 business days.
Cocopeatsonline can hold no risk if you want to leave your parcels /items to your delivery/shipping address without signature.
- Do you ship Cash On Delivery(C.O.D) or PayPal?
No, we don't offer Cash on delivery. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express at no extra cost. We also accept PayPal, bank deposits, EFT Transfer , demand draft, Poli Payments.
- How do I check the status of my order?
On completion of your purchase you will get an “email and a sms” with a copy of your order and your order number. - What Are Your Shipping Costs?

Cocopeatsonline ships to all states in Australia .Delivery is chargeable for all the orders across Australia ( i.e ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC,WA) there is no base request esteem. Cocopeatsonline offers both standard shipping and also express shipping for all orders.

- What Are Your Minimum quantity for ordering?
There is no minimum amount for orders. Minimum quantity for any product is not required.
- How Do You Handle Out Of Stock Items?

- Will I Have To Pay GST On My purchase?
All prices shown on this website is including Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?
- Products that are found damaged upon receival must be notified to cocopeatsonline.com.au within 3 days of receival via email : firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All refunded /returned items are subject to inspection. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a defect upon inspection will not be eligible for a refund claim .
- Change of mind: The purchased items can be shipped back to us within 15 days of receiving the items. Please make sure the goods remain unopened, unused with no damages to the package can only be accepted. However, there is a restocking fee of 20% and if the items were sent under “Standard Shipping” the original shipping cost will be recovered by Cocopeatsonline and will be taken from your original invoice of payment.
- Customer is responsible of the arrival of a Faulty Goods back to us. Cocopeatsonline cannot acknowledge any risk for harm or loss of products came back to us while in shipping. Any faulty returns after the 5 business days of receival will be refused and wont be collected by Cocopeatsonline
- Images on the website are accurate but we cannot match your imagination (please read the dimensions and descriptions clearly before ordering).
- Refunds can only be credited back to the Credit/Debit Card you have purchased originally.
- Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received by Cocopeatsonline.
